To Our Valued Friends & Clients,
We are pleased to announce that our shop has resumed normal business hours and we are now able to welcome you back into our instrument showrooms by appointment. Please call or email Aaron Robertson or Barbara Barber for scheduling and further information.
As a courtesy to our local clientele, we will continue to offer curbside pickup and delivery of orders and repairs/bow rehair. Please call the shop to make arrangements. One of our staff will by happy to assist you.
We are actively shipping instruments and bows for purchase and on approval as well as all accessories and sheet music. Instruments for repair or restoration and bows in need of rehair may also be shipped to us. Feel free to call or email us to discuss your instrument or bow needs and to place an order.
As a continued precaution, every instrument and bow is carefully prepared before it leaves our shop. For the protection and well-being of all, instrument touch surfaces (fingerboards, necks, strings, pegs, chinrests, tailpieces, frogs) are cleaned before shipment as well as zipper pulls, latches and bow spinners in cases. Incoming shipments to Robertson & Sons, will be subjected to the same precautionary measures.
